Shipping policy
Shipping will either come from directly from us in the UK or from one of our fulfilment centre in either the EU or the USA, so the shipping times will vary depending on item and where it is shipped from.
Depending on the shipping method you choose at the check out most options will be within 3-5 days or 10 days maximum unless you choose a no rush order, where the shipping time is longer.
Shipping from the United Kingdom is done through Royal Mail 2nd Class and delivery is between 2-3 working days.
Shipping to the EU is done through the Royal Mail 2nd Class and is delivered between 3 - 10 working days.
Shipping from the EU to the United Kingdom takes 3 days on average, this is the same for orders made and shipped within the USA.
Shipping times will depend on which fulfilment centre made the shipping. The default centre for EU is the European centre, however, if they are out of stock, your order may be fulfiled from the USA centre. You will be contacted if this is the case and new estimated delivery time will be given.

Who pays the customs duties & taxes?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Your end customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by the end customer.
Do all items in orders always ship together?
Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately.
For example, we send our posters in super-durable tubes. Obviously, a canvas won't fit in there.
